Privacy notice
This notice explains how Cognivo handles information when you use cognivo.com.au.
Calculator information and local storage
Financial inputs remain in your browser. Saving them is optional through “Remember my inputs on this device”. Use “Forget saved inputs” or your browser’s site-data controls to remove them. Freedom cards are generated on your device; review the card before sharing. The standard challenge link contains no personal financial inputs.
There is no bank connection or server database of calculator inputs. Shared devices, exported files and anything you choose to send to another person remain under your control. Clearing browser data may remove locally saved work.
Website delivery
Cloudflare delivers and protects the public website. Ordinary requests can include an IP address, browser information, requested address and time. Hosting and security processing are separate from the tool’s local calculations. Cloudflare describes its handling of information in its privacy policy. We do not set a separate retention period for Cloudflare’s infrastructure records in this notice.
Contact emails
If you email contact@cognivo.com.au, your message is forwarded through Cloudflare to a Google-hosted inbox. We use your address, message and any attachments to respond and investigate the issue. Keep unnecessary sensitive details out of your email. Correspondence may be retained while needed for the enquiry and related records; contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Advertising and cookies
This version contains Google AdSense publisher verification details, but does not currently load advertising software or an analytics tracker. The verification tag and ads.txt entry are static ownership and publisher records.
If Google advertising is activated, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this site or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads using activity across sites. You can manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings and find participating third-party opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Google explains partner-site data use at How Google uses information from partner sites.
We will update this notice and configure applicable consent choices before activating advertising. Browser cookie controls and local-storage controls may affect functionality in different ways.
